I am an operations and AI-focused professional who blends data analytics, customer success, and process improvement to deliver measurable outcomes. My academic background includes an MSc in Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics and a BA (Hons) in Business with Marketing, where I excelled in operations, customer insight, and strategy modules.

In my current role as an Operations Analyst I manage full-service lifecycles for regulated KYC and AML workflows, resolve high-volume service tasks tied to substantial transaction value, and partner with product and operations teams to prioritise feature enhancements.
