I'm seeking an HR role where I can apply recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and HR analytics skills while continuing to learn and deliver high-quality outcomes.

I've supported recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, training, and performance tracking across Twixor Pte. Ltd., Metal Mind HR, BUSINESS x DATA, and Punama Innovation. At Twixor, I conducted initial HR interviews, coordinated role-specific training, prepared offer letters, and tracked employee performance and attendance.

I've also led Next ERP (Frappe ERP) implementation and administration at BUSINESS x DATA, configuring performance appraisals, KRAs, workflows, and attendance processes. With an MBA in HR and Marketing and postgraduate HR analytics training, I'm focused on employee engagement, talent development, and data-informed HR operations.
