I'm seeking an entry-level HR opportunity where I can contribute to recruitment operations, employee coordination, effective workforce management, and team support.

At Baskethunt Pvt. Ltd., I supported end-to-end recruitment through candidate sourcing, resume screening, coordination, selection tracking, and recruitment reporting. I maintained accurate candidate data in Google Sheets and CRM systems while managing communication throughout the hiring process.

After being promoted to Point of Contact in my final internship month, I coordinated recruitment agents, assigned tasks, resolved queries, and trained new agents on recruitment processes and CRM usage. With an MBA in Human Resources, I’m seeking an entry-level HR opportunity focused on HR operations, employee coordination, and workforce management.
