At Lexi, I spearhead development of an open source AI-powered language-learning platform that generates personalized practice scenarios across six languages. I defined the product vision, user journey, and market positioning.
I collaborate with engineers and designers to refine the user experience, including custom scenarios, contextualized dialogues, and adaptive learning pathways. I also lead social media promotion to build early brand awareness and user engagement.
At VXB & ORFWID, INC. DBA LOST + WANDER, I coordinated the company brand with the showroom and supported problem-solving across seven departments. I monitored product data on Shopify, Faire, and N41 and prepared weekly booking and shipping reports.
I handled bookkeeping, accounts receivable and payable, bank reconciliation, payroll entry, and fund arrangements. I also tracked payment status and customer account portals, including invoice and deduction status across more than 500 transactions a month.
