At Reeco, I built the Training & Enablement function from inception, creating internal and client-facing documentation with Notion, Intercom Product Tours, and an internally developed academy platform.
I authored and reviewed scripts, guides, and video tours for the academy platform, helping establish consistent learning resources for product adoption and support.
At Taxfyle, I built and maintained more than 100 daily progress report spreadsheets to track operational metrics and provide a foundation for later process automation. I also designed a reusable client onboarding template adopted by the Customer Success team for more than 50 active client records.
Through my ongoing Freelance Notion Design project, I develop templates for TTRPG campaign management, character creation, and session planning. I use community feedback to improve their usability and functionality.
