I’m a psychology graduate and technical support specialist with hands-on experience supporting individuals with mental health challenges, while also delivering reliable customer-facing service. In high-security environments, I’ve provided technical support for classified systems to ensure operational continuity, and I’m comfortable working under pressure with clear documentation and compliance in mind.
