I’m looking for a role where I can own user support and troubleshooting, grow my skills toward cloud engineering, and keep improving my impact through mentorship, clear communication, and reliable technical service.

I’m a Technical Support Specialist (Tier 1) with hands-on experience troubleshooting complex application issues and delivering user support in fast-paced environments. I combine deep technical understanding with a strong service-oriented mindset, spanning Full-Stack development background and extensive customer service experience.

In my current role at One Taldor, I provide comprehensive technical and application support for the Ministry of Education’s core systems (Gafn, Matzpen, Nitzanim) and remote learning tools. I troubleshoot and support platforms like Google Classroom, Google Meet, Moodle, and Microsoft Office, while also managing user accounts, permissions, and password recovery across multiple digital environments. After only two months, I was selected to mentor and onboard new employees—something I see as proof of how quickly I master complex systems and share knowledge effectively.
