At Epsilon, I serve as an L3 subject matter expert and on-call escalation for P1/P2 incidents on an enterprise SaaS customer data platform. I own investigations from production troubleshooting through resolution across Java, AWS, and Linux environments.

I use log analysis, monitoring, and service-level debugging to isolate failures, then partner with product engineering on root causes and permanent fixes. I also build Python tools that remove repetitive operational work and close support-process gaps.

Previously at Nagarro for Mercedes-Benz, I helped modernise a monolithic Parts Assistance Center module into microservices and built Java/Spring Boot REST APIs serving 7,000–8,000 daily users. I also monitored application health in Datadog, analysed API performance with JMeter, and supported production issue resolution.

I bring backend engineering context to production support, including Spring Boot, REST APIs, SQL, AWS, observability, and secure release practices. I use AI assistants and prompt engineering to speed up log analysis, RCA write-ups, and automation scripting.
