I support corporate Windows environments and help keep business-critical systems running through ITSM-based incident triage, troubleshooting, escalation, documentation, and knowledge base updates following ITIL practices. In my Local IT Trainee role at Forvia FIS Injection, I managed the end-to-end IT support lifecycle using ITSM ticketing systems (FITS).

I also strengthen secure daily operations by administering user accounts, permissions, endpoint access, password resets, and account unlocks with Active Directory and Ivanti Endpoint Manager. I’ve built a Python-based automation system to improve backup tape tracking using Zebra printing, and I provide onsite L1 IT support across plant and administrative areas—resolving hardware, software, account, connectivity, and Active Directory-related issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
