I’m an experienced Learning & Development specialist with a track record of turning complex operational training challenges into scalable, measurable solutions. As a Learning Experience Leader at Taskus Rangreza, I trained, onboarded, and upskilled 600+ employees across new hire, cross-skill, and upskill programs for AI data operations, content moderation, and emerging technology processes. I consistently achieved throughput above 95% with quality scores in the green, while improving certification success rates from 80% to 96% and reducing nesting failure rates by 20% through targeted coaching and structured readiness assessments.

I designed and launched a New Leader Assimilation (NLA) program from scratch by partnering with Quality and Operations to close leadership capability gaps using a scalable readiness framework.
