Before this, I worked as an Executive Assistant & Sales Development Representative (Full Cycle Sales / Closer), operating across the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. I generated and qualified leads, conducted discovery calls, supported the CEO in day-to-day operations and client management, led client onboarding, handled payment collection (ACH/Stripe), managed subscription renewals, and found upsell and cross-sell opportunities—building strong cross-cultural communication through volunteer leadership and teaching.
