I'm looking for an operations, project coordination, customer success, or administrative support role where I can improve processes, manage schedules and priorities, support cross-functional teams, and deliver strong customer experiences.

At Charter Communications, I manage high-volume service operations across multiple communities, coordinating scheduling, dispatch, workload prioritization, service tickets, and workforce updates.

I maintain accurate Kronos and WFM data, handle call-outs and time-off requests, monitor staffing levels, and make real-time adjustments to support service levels. I also generate workforce reports and partner with supervisors and planners to improve operational efficiency.

Previously at Servicing Solutions Group, I handled high-volume customer communications, reviewed credit applications, analyzed financial data, resolved account discrepancies, and negotiated payment arrangements. I bring more than 13 years of experience supporting customers, coordinating priorities, maintaining documentation, and delivering dependable administrative and operational support.
