What I'm looking for

I am looking for a customer-focused IT role where I can apply hands-on support, AD and Azure skills, grow in cybersecurity, and improve service delivery while meeting SLAs.

I am an IT professional with broad hands-on experience across service desk, field engineering, and systems support, backed by recent cybersecurity and cloud certifications. I currently serve as an IT Service Desk Agent at Wisynco Group where I manage ticket resolution, maintain the service catalog and knowledge base, and support onboarding and asset procurement.

Previously I worked as a Field Service Engineer and End User Support Analyst, delivering hardware and software troubleshooting, Active Directory administration, and network basics for enterprise clients. I have strong practical skills with PCs, printers, imaging, antivirus tools, remote-control software, and service reporting.

I hold multiple certifications including Microsoft Azure Administrator, ISC2 and EC-Council training, CompTIA A+ coursework, and NetApp accreditation, and I am pursuing additional cybersecurity credentials. I bring a dependable, customer-focused approach and a track record of meeting SLAs and improving end-user experience.
