I provide Level 1–2 support for Windows, Microsoft 365, SaaS platforms, printers, and networking issues in high-volume environments. I troubleshoot authentication, permissions, DNS, and workstation problems using ticket-based and remote support workflows, and I perform Active Directory administration such as password resets, user access management, and account troubleshooting.
I also support clients and internal teams by troubleshooting websites, APIs, CRM integrations, and automation workflows, and I build automation systems using APIs, webhooks, and cloud-based tools.
