What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level IT support role to build practical service desk experience alongside my studies.

At Sky (BSkyB), I guided customers through broadband diagnostics and resolved faults across Sky TV, streaming and mobile services. I explained technical steps clearly, logged diagnostics and escalated complex network defects when needed.

At VoiceAbility, I conducted remote client assessments and co-authored person-centred care plans. I also managed CRM workflows and sensitive documentation in line with GDPR.

As Founder of Scottish Women's Wellbeing Summit, I set up CRM and customer-management systems, digital funnels and online payment integrations. I also troubleshot issues across websites, CRM platforms and third-party integrations.

I'm completing an MSc Computer Science with Cybersecurity at Abertay University and developing hands-on skills in Windows administration, PowerShell and networking. I'm now seeking an entry-level IT support role where I can build practical service desk experience alongside my studies.
