I am looking for a role that challenges my technical skills and offers opportunities for growth in a supportive team environment.

I am a hardworking and motivated individual currently completing my ICT Support Technician Apprenticeship. My experience spans various roles in technical support and customer service, where I have consistently gone above and beyond to resolve issues and meet KPIs. I pride myself on my ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met promptly.

Throughout my career, I have developed a strong technical skill set, including proficiency in IT systems such as Active Directory, Azure, and Office 365. My roles have ranged from Technical Support Advisor to Team Leader, where I have honed my leadership abilities and learned the importance of teamwork in achieving operational success. I am eager to leverage my skills and experiences in a challenging new role.
