What I'm looking for
I’m a Document Specialist with long-term experience creating business documents such as spreadsheets, letters, invoices, slide presentations, and reports. I also provide customer support—serving clients in person and online with advice and practical solutions.
Before that, I worked as an IT Operator at Southport Data Systems (Critical Control Solutions Corp.), where I focused on digitizing documents and images from hard copy. I used OCR technology and in-house software for digitization, handled data entry with manual and automation methods, and stored client materials on CD/disks.
Earlier in my career, I served as a Fitness Centre Manager at the Recreation and Athletics Centre at Toronto Metropolitan University. I led day-to-day operations through budgeting, scheduling and payroll documentation, staff training, performance management, program development, and marketing to increase membership—while motivating teams to deliver excellent service.
