What I'm looking for
I am a highly adaptable operations and management professional with over 20 years of experience, now transitioning into IT and cybersecurity. I bring strong team leadership, operations oversight, and a proven record of process improvements across multi-branch environments.
Recently I have focused on technical training and certifications, completing introductory cybersecurity and IT support courses and actively pursuing (ISC)² CC and EC-Council C|CT credentials. I am developing practical skills in Python, networking basics, and IBM IT fundamentals.
