In my roles at Lumicera Specialty Pharmacy and Cox Complete Care, I handled medication refill, prescription status, and billing inquiries, while also providing technical support for modems, routers, and home devices like computers, printers, and TVs. I guided users step-by-step through troubleshooting and maintained detailed records in CRM to support accurate follow-up.

I’m especially proud of my ability to onboard new patients, simplify technical concepts for non-technical users, and deliver friendly, patient/customer-centered service while protecting confidentiality.
