I’m an IT Administrator who manages infrastructure end-to-end—replacing and reinstalling components, supervising staff, and implementing new hardware and software to keep teams productive.
In my current role at The American Ceramic Society, I’ve led multiple improvement projects, including implementation of AI as a tool for workers, moving data storage from server to External Drives, Flash Drives, and cloud, and redesigning an office layout to support a largely-remote workforce.
I’m also proactive about readiness and compliance: I keep software and hardware up to date for all employees, and I replace and re-educate as certification needs arise (including SVC-19A and iOS-19A).
Previously, as an IT Analyst, I managed issues through a ticket system, handled tier one and two problems, partnered with the escalations team for more complex incidents, and onboarded/offboarded employees by granting and revoking access to appropriate Capital University systems. Before that, I built strong fundamentals at Geek Squad at Best Buy—diagnosing consumer hardware/software issues and completing repairs through a ticket system—while also contributing creatively as a Monster Designer and Artist, importing assets into Unity and designing assets to match team art styles.
