I’m an ICT graduate with hands-on experience providing IT support, system troubleshooting, and network configuration. I’ve installed, configured, and maintained computer systems and network devices while delivering technical support to end-users facing hardware and software issues. I focus on quickly diagnosing problems and restoring system performance.

In my work, I’ve supported practical operational needs like routine data backup and assistance with database management. I also maintained records of technical support activities and helped users with login, software, and hardware-related issues. My approach blends attention to detail with clear communication to keep users productive.

I’m also comfortable with data-focused support beyond IT, including data entry, inventory and stock records, and generating financial and inventory reports using accounting software. I’m driven by problem-solving, teamwork, and customer service, and I’m seeking an ICT Support, Help Desk, or IT Assistant role where I can help others and keep systems running smoothly.
