I’m an IT support professional with a strong customer-service mindset, focused on delivering comprehensive, desk-side technical help that keeps operations running smoothly. I enjoy diagnosing and resolving technical issues quickly—especially around computer systems and network connectivity—so customers and staff experience minimal disruption.
In my ICT officer work, I relayed hands-on support by reconfiguring computer systems, replacing faulty peripherals (such as keyboards, mice, monitors, UPS, and batteries), and restoring improved functionality. I also troubleshoot network connectivity issues by identifying and resolving problems with network cables, and I support day-to-day requests like email access, attachments, and printing.
I maintain system integrity by formatting and installing essential software, including antivirus programs, to keep protections up-to-date. Alongside this, I manage accurate records and information flow—entering, updating, and organizing data in databases and spreadsheets, maintaining physical and electronic filing systems, and producing summary reports to support efficient decision-making.
I’m also experienced in customer care, handling inquiries and resolving issues daily to improve satisfaction. I apply conflict-resolution skills for returns and exchanges, use strong communication to understand needs and provide supportive solutions, and stay proactive about streamlining documentation and data-entry challenges.
