I am looking for an internship or entry-level IT role where I can apply and expand hands-on technical support, network and systems skills in a collaborative, learning-focused environment.

I am an ICT diploma candidate with practical frontline experience providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues during an ICT attachment at the Kenya Revenue Authority. I contributed to system upgrades, asset tracking, backup and disaster recovery procedures while supporting users across multiple departments.
