I'm currently managing the full sales cycle at National Glass Distribution, from enquiries and quotations through order coordination, closing, and aftercare. I maintain accurate CRM records, track sales performance, manage client relationships, and coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams.

Previously at Avalanche Air, I provided executive support through calendar management, scheduling, documentation, compliance processes, company registrations, supplier coordination, and invoice tracking. I also improved administrative processes and maintained organised filing systems.

My earlier experience includes supporting recruitment and onboarding at CMC Global, as well as handling reception, billing support, procurement, calls, emails, and office administration at Avalanche Air.

I've completed a Higher Certificate in Business Management and work confidently with CRM systems, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft Office. I'm organised, proactive, comfortable working independently and remotely, and able to support UK working hours.
