What I'm looking for

I’m seeking opportunities to lead learning strategy and instructional design—especially leadership and customer experience programmes. I’m open to global remote work where I can drive organizational capability, performance improvement, and measurable transformation.

I am an International Learning & Development Consultant with 20+ years of experience designing transformational learning solutions across aviation, corporate, healthcare, hospitality and education. I’ve trained more than 3,000 professionals and have led learning teams, managed strategic learning projects, and delivered programmes across Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, Ghana, Cameroon and Thailand.

My expertise centers on learning strategy, instructional design, curriculum development and leadership development, with a strong focus on customer experience, organizational capability and performance improvement. As part of my work, I conduct learning needs analysis and design blended learning solutions that improve capability and outcomes.

In recent roles, I serve as an independent consultant through Upskill Training & Consultancy Services Ltd and I founded the Blooming Roses Mentorship Programme (2023–Present), where I design and lead mentorship for girls focused on leadership, confidence, etiquette and life skills. I bring ICAO and IATA training credentials and a practical, facilitator-led approach shaped by hands-on aviation experience.
