What I'm looking for

I am drawn to roles that blend learning, program development, and research spaces where I can grow, collaborate meaningfully, and contribute to purposeful, evidence-based impact.

I design learning that sticks, and now, I want to help shape the programs behind it.

Over the past 7 years, I’ve built everything from e-learning journeys to global training rollouts, working with teams across East Africa and beyond. I’ve trained over 5000 learners, crafted digital content that speaks human, and sparked a global community of practice to keep the learning going long after the workshops end.

My roots are in instructional design, but my curiosity has always stretched wider, into programs, research, and the systems that power real, lasting change. I’ve helped grow student intake by 30%, launched revenue-driving programs, and turned feedback into better, smarter learning every time.

Now, I’m leaning into work that’s bold, purpose-led, and grounded in insight — where learning isn’t just a deliverable, but a strategy for impact.
