What I'm looking for

I seek roles leading L&D or instructional design initiatives where I can create learner-centered programs, integrate edtech, mentor staff, and measure impact in a collaborative culture.

I am a dynamic learning and development professional with a decade of experience in education, training, and strategic communication. I design and deliver engaging training sessions and workshops that address learners' needs and drive measurable improvement.

I have created instructional materials, including two literature workbooks now integrated into a school curriculum, demonstrating strong instructional design and content development skills. I leverage educational technology and AV resources to enhance learning experiences.

My classroom and tutoring roles have honed my assessment, feedback, and mentoring abilities; I have supported diverse ESL learners and mentored new teaching assistants. I consistently analyze training needs and tailor programs to close knowledge gaps.
