What I'm looking for

I'm looking to design inclusive, engaging learning programs and build the capacity of institutions, instructors, and learners. I value work that combines curriculum development, e-learning, adult learning, quality assurance, and collaboration with subject-matter experts.

I've designed e-learning, blended-learning curricula, and capacity-building programs for UNEP, IFAD, USAID, the World Bank, and government institutions across Africa and Asia.

At UNEP, I assess pedagogical frameworks for InforMEA courses, build courses in Articulate 360 Storyline and Rise, and develop accessible learning activities, assessments, guides, and quality-assurance processes.

My work with IFAD in Cambodia, IFES, Last Mile Health, and the University of Juba has included curriculum design, Moodle course builds, course prototypes, trainer-of-trainers workshops, faculty capacity building, and learning evaluation. I apply ADDIE and adult learning principles to create practical materials that support learners and instructors.

I've also led national health-information-system training and EMR curriculum institutionalization in Kenya, managed mHealth scale-up activities, and delivered gender, disability, HIV/AIDS, and organizational capacity-building consultancies. I bring experience in storyboarding, multimedia production, LMS administration, needs assessment, monitoring, evaluation, and working closely with subject-matter experts.
