Winjoy Makena Nyaru

I've supported programs and operations across Kenya, the UK, UAE, Switzerland, and Thailand, coordinating stakeholders, workflows, documentation, and delivery schedules in cross-cultural settings.

At Farm De Lek in Bangkok, I design Maths and English curriculum, track student progress, lead youth activities, and maintain communication between students, parents, and program management. I also provide administrative and finance support to The Angel Arms Foundation, handling correspondence, records, expense tracking, and cross-team operational coordination.

My outdoor-program work with WOSM, Kandersteg International Scout Centre, and The Scout Association has involved end-to-end logistics, participant welfare, safety protocols, risk management, and team development activities. I have coordinated multi-day expeditions, Jamboree programming, site operations, and equipment logistics.

Earlier at WEFFIT, I managed correspondence, meeting minutes, financial records, payment processing, filing systems, and workflow documentation. I'm completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management and bring a practical foundation in research, analysis, stakeholder communication, and project support.
