What I'm looking for

I'm seeking programme, project or operations coordination work where I can support community-focused activities through planning, logistics, stakeholder engagement, documentation and monitoring, while growing my Monitoring & Evaluation skills.

At the Archdiocese of Nairobi Youth Office, I coordinate youth and community programmes from planning and implementation through follow-up and reporting. I manage schedules, activity plans, budgets, requisitions, attendance records and participant feedback.

I coordinate workshops, trainings, sports activities, leadership programmes, pilgrimages and community events, covering venues, transport, accommodation, meals, materials and communication. I also support partnerships with Tangaza University, CUEA and Marist University College, and led the 2026 Youth Manual Development Project through content planning, stakeholder review, editing and finalisation.

My work includes community outreach with vulnerable communities in Turkana and Garissa, alongside operations and logistics support at WEMS Consultancy. I'm currently enrolling for a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring & Evaluation.
