At Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical Inc., I revamped onboarding integrations to eliminate manual work and improve communication between HR systems, delivering $600K+ in cost savings. I also led rollouts of Greenhouse Recruiting, Greenhouse Onboarding, HireRight, and AI interview note-taking.
I partner with IT to build position automation across Adaptive, Greenhouse, MuleSoft, and UKG, and work with Talent and Legal teams to support hiring operations across eight countries. I also built a global background-check program aligned with local regulations.
As Manager, Talent Operations, I standardized U.S. onboarding for 200–300 new hires annually and built Power BI recruiting and DEIB dashboards connected to Greenhouse. I managed and developed a team of two TA Operations Specialists and Coordinators.
At Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, I managed and developed a team of 10 coordinators and represented Talent Acquisition in the company-wide Workday implementation. I also taught graduate-level HRM courses as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Sacred Heart University.
