I’m an IT Support professional upgrading PCs, installing and configuring printers and computers, setting up Wi‑Fi, and applying patches and updates. I also use AI Agents and cybersecurity tools as part of my daily work to help strengthen system reliability and security.

Previously, I worked as a Field Tech/Systems Analyst installing computer software and setting up PCs, scanners, and printers, using SCCM for application installs and USMT for data migration. At AT&T, I served as a Systems Administrator managing service tickets, troubleshooting MAC OS and iOS/iPadOS devices, and providing remote assistance across the Great Lakes and Midwest—while creating groups and users. I’m CompTIA A+ certified and focused on ISO 27001 Security.
