Led end-to-end Meta Ads creative production and marketing strategy for D2C e-commerce brands spending $5k–$10k/day. Improved ROAS to 2.8x by refining core audience personas, reduced NCAC by ~20%, and generated £120k in the first 45 days for UK and US launches.

As a freelance creative strategist and consultant, I oversaw the complete creative production process for all clients. This included research and strategy, scripting, briefing and managing creators and video production. I was also entrusted with helping clients define their broader internal strategies to help facilitate their long term growth and direction.

Real Property Ventures is a property education company teaching corporate professionals how to build sustainable income from HMO property development. I managed their entire marketing campaigns from meta ads copywriting, instagram content and nurture campaigns and occasional email copywriting. This helped build and sustain the business to produce ~£100k/mo in new revenue.

As an SDR at Real Property Ventures I was responsible for:
Conducting ~200 outbound calls and messages to paid and organic leads
Generating between 3-5 new high ticket sales calls for our team each day
Setting deals that closed between £80-£100k in new monthly revenue for the business.

As a property sales negotiator at The Personal Agent, I led outbound prospecting calls to our lead database, identifying potential buyers and sellers. I conducted viewing tours and open house events, guiding buyers through properties and building strong client relationships. I also negotiated offers between buyers and sellers, smoothly transitioning agreed deals to the legal and conveyancing team
