I’m looking for a ServiceNow role where I can own end-to-end ITSM and SPM development, build integrations and automation with Flow Designer/IntegrationHub, and improve performance in an agile environment—delivering scalable solutions that match business needs.

I have 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow, working as a Senior ServiceNow Admin/Developer with hands-on ability to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions across ITSM and related modules. I focus on business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, and workflow/Flow Designer, with a strong understanding of platform architecture, integrations, and customization to meet business requirements.

I’ve delivered end-to-end ServiceNow solutions including ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, HRSD, GRC, and Discovery, while troubleshooting issues, optimizing performance, and delivering high-quality results in agile environments.
