I am a Senior ServiceNow Developer with multiple certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-SAM, ITIL4) and deep experience across ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HRSD and custom application development. I lead full-lifecycle implementations, optimize system performance, and mentor junior developers.
