I am currently pursuing a B.A. in Sports Administration at the University of Houston, where I maintain a GPA of 3.2. My academic journey has equipped me with strong communication and problem-solving skills, which I apply in my professional roles. I have a passion for customer service and enjoy creating positive experiences for others.

Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience in various customer-facing roles. At Home Depot, I excel as a cashier, ensuring customers receive exceptional service while also learning about other departments to enhance my understanding of the business. My time as a salesman at Nissan allowed me to develop my sales skills and contribute to meeting monthly sales goals, despite challenges in the automotive industry.

In addition to my work experience, I have held positions as a roofing assistant, where I was responsible for equipment setup and customer communication. My volunteer work with Best Buddies has further enriched my interpersonal skills, allowing me to connect with individuals facing intellectual and developmental disabilities.
