I’m a customer relationship officer and teller with extensive experience in customer service, account management, and transaction processing at United Nations Sacco Limited. I serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, monitor the timely maturity of Fixed Deposit accounts, create and manage Junior Accounts, and keep meticulous records for accuracy and compliance.

I also handle receiving, paying, and reconciliation of cash and non-cash equivalents, process internal funds transfers and verify outbound EFT transfers, and support M-Sacco and FOSA processes, including PIN Mailer management and reconciling pending MPESA transactions. Alongside my service work, I’ve driven growth as a Sales and Marketing Executive at Nation Sacco Limited—developing marketing strategies, expanding client portfolios, and managing Facebook and Instagram campaigns—plus I’ve strengthened my analytical side through data collection roles with Kantar and structured research data methodology.
