My journey began at the Durban Academy of Skills and Technology, where I served as a receptionist, providing essential information and support to visitors. Following my time at the academy, I worked as a sales agent at Talksure and WNS SA PTY LTD, where I excelled in making outbound calls and assisting customers with their needs.
