I’m a motivated and reliable IT graduate with a completed Higher Certificate in IT Programming (2025). I’m building my career in the insurance, financial services, and technology industries, and I focus on doing solid work that keeps systems and users running smoothly.

I’ve gained practical exposure through informal IT support experience, including installing operating systems and drivers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and performing system updates and maintenance. I approach each problem with strong attention to detail, clear communication, and a calm, methodical mindset.

In my work, I prioritize dependable support—whether that’s general technical assistance to users or ensuring software installation and setup is done correctly. I’m a fast learner who can work independently or in a team environment, and I aim to deliver practical results quickly and accurately.
