I’m a recent ICT graduate eager to use my technical skills to help an organization grow. I’m passionate about networking, and I’m willing to learn fast while contributing to the team’s success.

During my IT Junior Technician training (Aug 2024 - July 2025), I maintained hardware and software to meet security standards, set up new users and devices, and performed Windows and driver updates. I installed a VPN independently to enable off-site work, and I provided onsite and remote technical support to end users and management. In parallel through IT ServiceDesk training, I troubleshot network issues via AnyDesk, managed tickets in the HALO Ticketing System, and supported users through telephonic and remote training while maintaining SLA standards.

I completed a Diploma in IT: Communication Networks at Mangosuthu University of Technology (April 2024), and I’m building momentum through certifications including CompTIA N+ and an IT mentor certificate. I bring a proactive, detail-oriented approach, strong customer service, and a curiosity for self-learning that helps me solve problems before they escalate.
