I’m a results-driven billing and collections operations leader with considerable experience in development and execution of winning operations strategies. Since October 2023, I’ve served as a Billing Self-Funded Supervisor at Independence Blue Cross, training, developing, and managing analysts to grow both professionally and in business performance.

In my role, I act as a business consultant and partner with internal and external customers to maintain workflow controls. I oversee and manage the entire book of business for AHA and IA customers, communicating and reporting to business partners to identify coaching opportunities and drive consistent results.

Previously, as a Lead Collections Analyst (March 2014 to October 2023), I compiled and assigned daily work items for the Consumer Account Receivable team, reviewed and approved high-dollar escalated accounts, and communicated outcomes with stakeholders. Across my customer service and business analyst work, I’ve built a reputation for leveraging core strengths, thinking independently, and implementing corporate and operational departmental policies through clear feedback, coaching, counseling, and reporting.
