At Wipfli Advisory, I lead a billing team of eight across U.S. and offshore operations, overseeing end-to-end invoicing in Workday and resolving billing issues across service lines.

Previously at Magellan Federal, I managed government-contract billing in Deltek Costpoint across FFP, T&M, and Cost-Plus contracts. I cleared a $3M billing backlog by analyzing variances and resolving discrepancies, earning the Gold Spotlight Award.

My experience also includes accounts payable and receivable leadership at Xpel, JLab Audio, Grand Pacific Resorts, and Family First Life Golden State. I've processed high-volume invoices, managed cash application and collections, supported month-end reporting, and strengthened controls through reconciliations and standardized procedures.

I use advanced Excel, ERP systems, and practical process documentation to improve reporting accuracy, reduce errors, and help teams deliver timely financial operations.
