As a System Administrator, I manage group policies, perform system and security patch management, and administer Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. I provide first-line support for operational challenges and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to SaaS products and operating systems.

In my role as a Cybersecurity Engineer, I manage security programs, conduct threat intelligence, and oversee crisis management and disaster recovery. I also identify IT security weaknesses and provide product management and support for clients.

As an ICT Intern, I installed and configured hardware and software, provided technical support, and administered Active Directory. I also monitored computer systems and maintained inventory of equipment and software.

As a Registration Officer Intern, I registered persons with disabilities, validated documents for tax exemption, and participated in community outreach programs. I also handled client queries regarding tax exemption.

In my Technical Support Intern role, I provided technical support for clients and office staff, troubleshooting various hardware issues and performing maintenance on devices.

As a Validator, I proofread files resulting from OCR conversion, ensuring accuracy and quality in the documents processed.
