As a sales leader I have generated financial products (loans, insurance and equity) and led teams — in my current role I generate business through direct market cold calls to B2C and B2B partners through a team of 8 executives. During my previous employment at Sheets and Things I was a Sales Manager for over three years; the marketing department saw a 20% increase in company retention and we held a successful marketing campaign that led to an overall increase in sales.
I train and guide team members to success and have earned a medal and certificate from Edelweiss Life Insurance as well as Employee of the Month (March 2019). I continue to build skills through courses including Generative AI Mastermind and Python/SQL for Data Science to support data-driven selling and continuous improvement.
