What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can grow SME or corporate insurance business, build trusted client relationships, manage end-to-end policy servicing, and use data to improve decisions and customer outcomes.

At ICICI Lombard, I drive SME insurance sales through bank-sourced leads, from prospecting and conversion through policy issuance and servicing. I manage employee benefits and commercial insurance solutions while building relationships with clients and banking partners.

Previously at WeInsure Global, I managed corporate Group Health insurance programs, reviewed policy and coverage requirements, and resolved client and insurer queries. I also handled endorsements, account reconciliation, documentation checks, and high-volume servicing requests.

At Infosys, I validated more than 5 million records, reconciled discrepancies, and automated validation workflows using Python. My earlier research work involved analyzing datasets, producing client-ready reports, and presenting insights through data visualization.
