I am looking for a role that allows me to leverage my IT expertise and leadership skills in a dynamic environment, fostering innovation and collaboration.

I am an IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and management. Since October 2020, I have been with Majorel Armenia, where I progressed from IT Support Specialist to Senior IT Support Specialist. My role involves providing expert technical assistance, conducting user training, and implementing IT policies to enhance productivity. I have also served as IT Manager for Majorel Georgia, where I optimized IT operations and led a team of IT professionals.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a commitment to excellence in IT service delivery. I have successfully managed vendor relationships, implemented security measures, and developed IT strategies aligned with business goals. My teaching experience at AYB School and other institutions has further enriched my ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively. I am passionate about fostering a collaborative work environment and continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement.
