What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities where I can support customers and operations, solve workflow issues, and apply my UI development skills to practical products.

I'm managing customer requests, hotel bookings, group blocks, and MICE/event operations at MiceDesk – Munich Ventures through email and the OPS dashboard.

I create and maintain reservations in OPERA PMS and Amadeus Delphi, investigate workflow issues, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex or ambiguous requests.

At Munich Ventures, I build responsive UI components from Figma designs using React.js and Next.js, while supporting full-stack workflows with Laravel Blade, PHP, and MySQL.

My background also includes teaching informatics, robotics, and programming through hands-on, project-based instruction that builds practical IT and problem-solving skills.
