I’m a Dedicated and proactive Mid-Level Technical Specialist with over 4 years of experience spanning Systems Administration and Full-Stack Development. I specialize in building and maintaining resilient technical ecosystems, from high-traffic web architectures (React/Laravel) to end-user support that improves reliability and operational efficiency.

In end-user support roles, I’ve provided comprehensive on-site and remote IT support for 3,000+ users, resolving 10–30 tickets daily with a 100% resolution rate. I enforce security-first practices using ESET and handle advanced diagnostics across Windows, macOS, and LAN/WLAN issues.
