At Evolution, I provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, and maintain computers, peripherals, and operating systems. At Ucom, I supported residential and business clients, remotely troubleshooting network, hardware, and IP configuration issues.
I independently designed and deployed a lightweight operating system based on the Linux-5.10 kernel, reducing system resource usage by approximately 20% compared with standard distributions. In the Armed Forces of Armenia, I led a communications squad and helped maintain uninterrupted network operations; I’m currently deepening my cybersecurity expertise.
