What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own revenue growth through sponsorships, partnerships, and outbound, while building strong CRM processes in HubSpot and collaborating closely with technical teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

I’m a data-driven sales and partnerships professional who builds revenue from zero in remote environments, with a strong focus on sponsorship sales, lead generation, and full-cycle business development. In my current role, I closed a sponsorship deal in my first month, launched 2 new revenue streams by month 2, and generated 8 brand partnerships plus over €60k in revenue in my first 8 months.

I also build the systems that make growth repeatable. I built the HubSpot CRM from zero and managed 50+ paying community members, while representing the association at events and growing relationships with founders, investors, and corporate partners.

Beyond commercial work, I bring software development experience that helps me bridge business and technical teams. I’ve coded backend solutions in Java/C# for enterprise data needs, and earlier as a co-founder I helped grow Pet Universal to 150+ clinics/hospitals and 300k+€ ARR at peak while managing a team of 12 people.
